Confetti/crepe paper stain on paper

Static, the bent lines of a cathode ray tube, remnants from a celebration, aping brush strokes and splatter paintings, the householder’s fear of cheaply dyed paper ruining their flooring. Peeling back the crepe after days of ‘curing’ to reveal the birthday surprise underneath.
